Went to Airport Infiniti for a warranty repair on my leased M37x. Still had over 9 months left to go on my lease. Turns out that a combination of favorable terms from Infinity finance, a straight-forward and knowledgeable sales consultant, exceptional management support, smooth and comprehensive processing through the business office, and extraordinary service responsiveness (the original reason for my visit) left me with a new and upgraded M37x at nearly the same cost of my original lease. Having leased over 12 cars over the years, this dealership is by for the absolute best I have ever experienced. Thanks to Saul, Jesse, Pete, and Steve - you all have obviously established a refined internal process that leaves the customer feeling well taken care of - not a trivial task.

The entire staff at Airport Infiniti were just wonderful. They took the time to find me exactly what I was looking for, gave me an appropriate value for my trad-in and made the entire transaction go very smoothly. I also had them add a few after-market items that were installed promptly. I had the best car buying experience at Airport Infiniti. The sales consultant (Shawn Chambers) and General Manager (Peter Mapp) are second to none. The two of them were a pleasure to work with
I went in to test drive a car I found online, I work in a body shop so I walked in wearing a work uniform after a days worth of work. I was very impressed with the amount of respect (given my appearance lol) I was given by my salesman Shawn Chambers and the rest of the staff, Including the General manager. Awesome sales experience !!! They even ran next door to get my daughter cookies. Will definitely recommend to all my friends. To bad the others judged my appearance and lost the sale of a $50000 car.
My buying experience with Airport Infinity was pleasant and very satisfying. My salesperson Adam Webster was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. After a test drive and comparing several different models all my questions were

We went in after a soccer game with 2 kids and my husband and the service was fantastic. I knew what car I wanted but was not sure of all of the packages of each level of car. Lauren took the time to go through all of them and showed me. They gave a fair price on my trade in. I had already gone online to know what price to expect for the new car and the trade. They were very fair on both. I was very specific about the color car and all the details that I wanted. They had to get the car shipped from out of town and when the car arrived Lauren took a picture and texted it to me. I was unsure of the technology package prior to buying the car therefore Lauren had brought one to my house for me to drive for the day and they came back to pick it up. They have kept in touch with me thoughout the entire process and after. I have had my car for 1 week and I love it. Thanks to Lauren & Airport Infiniti!
Was looking for new Infinity G37X. Had done some online shopping, and received attractive price on line from Airport Infinity in Cleveland.....significantly better than the offer from my local Infinity in a different Ohio metro area. Connected with sales person Jesse Huber who was very responsive, confirmed terms rights away. Ended up, Jesse was able to get Nissan to forgive my final 3 months of Murano lease payments, and I leased the Infinity G37S I wanted, and also leased a G37X for my wife, on very attractive terms. Terms were just as they were quoted by phone (important since I live 3 hours from dealer), great pricing, no switches or forced enhancements once I arrived at dealer. Had several (normal)post purchase follow-up issues to address and Jesse quickly resolved all issues. I highly recommend Airport Infinity generally, and Jesse Huber in particular.

Mr. Helder Rosa - GM and his Sales Person Josh were fantastic. Mr. Rosa greeted me personally. I met with Josh to identify which auto & specific options, colors I wanted - then test drove and ultimately am leasing a G37S Convertible from Infiniti on Brookpark. I believe they are part of Collection Auto Group - owned by Bernie Moreno. My wife and I have dealt with Collection at 2 of their other dealerships - Mercedes and recently Nissan and have found them great to work with. Excellent customer service, both during AND after the sale.
